Will and Last Testament |
- Will of Abraham Master
In the name of God, I, Abraham Master of the Township of Wilmot, County of Waterloo in the Province of Canada make this my last will and testament in the words following.
I give, devise and bequeath all my property as follows.
One third of all to my beloved wife Lucinda in lieu of her dowry and the remaining two thirds to my children share and share alike.
I also empower my executors to settle and confirm the partnership with my brother George as we have agreed.
My dets (sic) must all be paid in such manner as my executors shall consider best.
I nominate and appoint Jared Kilborn of the Township of Blenheim and John Emery of the Township of Wilmot Joint Executors to this my last will and testament. hereby empowering them to execute all - of writing for the legal settlement of all my affairs.
In witness whereof I have hereinto set my hand - - this Sixth day of July, 1853.
